Healing Sounds with Transformational Power
In the yogic tradition, the gong is considered one of the most powerful shamanic tools. Gong Meditation is a guided meditation that goes far beyond sound relaxation.
The goal is to restore your original vibrational state, so you can experience more pleasure, relaxation and ease in your life.
There will be a restructuring of embedded, emotional energy and feelings. Buried emotions, old injuries, restrictive, unhealthy patterns and blockages may dissolve.
A vigorous exercise series from the Kundalini Yoga tradition will prepare you to open and receive the intense sound of the gong. To relax deeply, you will lie comfortably on your back and be covered while the gong is played.
The experience of practicing gong meditations more than one time, can also bring new depth to other forms of meditation.
Note: Pregnant women are not able to participate due to the strong power of the gong.
